2026 Adult Water Aerobics - Summer 2026

Come join in some Fun while exercising in the Water

  • Exercising in water provides a supportive environment for your body. Just being in water waist deep decrease your body's weight by 50%, at chest deep you become 80% lighter in the water.
  • The buoyancy of the water reduces your weight on impact, resulting in much less strain on your muscles and joints.
  • This makes aqua aerobics a good choice of low impact fitness class for those new to exercise, those who can't move easily, and those who want to get fit and lose weight.
  • Water Aerobics is for Adults Only, you can bring your children at the age of 16 years old and older with an accompanied adult in the water, and in the class.

* Please check with your physician before starting any new exercise program*
