Booking Window:
Reservations may be made up to (3) three calendar months in advance (90-days), and a minimum of (3) three days prior (3-days) to the desired reservation date.

Payment and Agreement:
Full payment and a signed rental agreement are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Payment Method: 
New Processing Rate:
The processing rate will change from 2.6% + $0.30 to 2.95% + $0.30 per transaction. This new fee will be displayed at checkout.
Payment Method Policy:
- We only accept credit card payments.
- Credit card payments cannot be accepted over the telephone.
- The name on the credit card must match the name of the reserving party.

Terrell Parks & Recreation - Spring Break Family Fun Activities in the Parks
We are excited to announce that Terrell Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting Family Fun Activities in our local parks to get Families Outside during Spring Break! Registration - March 16-19, 2026 (Monday - Art in the Park, Tuesday -Build a Bird Feeder/Boat, Wednesday - Trace the Tracks, Thursday - Scavenger Hunt)
  • Come enjoy two hours of quality family time in the fresh air!
  • Fun, interactive games and activities for all ages
  • To help us prepare materials and plan for group sizes, please sign up below so we can get a head count of expected participants.
