Thank you for your interest in reserving a facility or athletic field. Please note the following guidelines for reservations:

Booking Window:
Reservations may be made up to three calendar months in advance, and a minimum of three days prior to the desired reservation date.

Payment and Agreement:
Full payment and a signed rental agreement are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Payment Method: 
New Processing Rate:
The processing rate will change from 2.6% + $0.30 to 2.95% + $0.30 per transaction. This new fee will be displayed at checkout.
Payment Method Policy:
- We only accept credit card payments.
- Credit card payments cannot be accepted over the telephone.
- The name on the credit card must match the name of the reserving party.

Important Updates

Athletic Fields/Sports Complex Facility Rental

  • Locate "Facility Information" at the top of the page 
  • Select - "Facility Reservations" 
  • Select - the facility you are looking for (Ex: Ben Gill Softball) 
  • Select your reservation date to view availability. 
  • Pick "select reservation times"; choose your time 
  • Click: Reserve and checkout (you will need to create a new account if you are a first time user) 
  • View your cart and proceed to checkout 
  • Read and review all rules and check each agreement box 
  • Proceed to enter payment (debit or credit card only) 
  • Complete your reservation 
  • You will receive a confirmation via email

   As a general rule of courtesy, the City of Terrell gives its staff members 
time to observe and celebrate Holidays with their families and loved ones.    
 ☼ The City of Terrell observes the following Holidays:

  • MLK DAY 
  • Good Friday 
  • Memorial Day 
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day (4th of July) 
  • Labor Day 
  • Thanksgiving Holiday (Thursday thru Sunday) 
  • Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Day After Christmas 
  • New Years Day 
  • *This includes weekends leading up to a holiday or the weekend following a holiday that falls on Friday.   
  •  Example #1: Good Friday - closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  
  •  Example #2: Memorial Day - closed Saturday, Sunday & Monday. 
  •  Example #3: Thanksgiving - closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
