Ben Gill Park Pavilion- If more than 99 guests will be attending, you must fill out a Special Event Application through Public Services.
The cost is $25 per hour (minimum of 2 hour rental).
Special Event Application can obtain at 400 Industrial Blvd Terrell, TX 75160 or by emailing Parks@cityofterrell.org. Must be a resident of Terrell to reserve Pavilion.
No Bounce Houses or Water Slides Allowed
Bad weather and cancelation Policy
You can ask for a refund up to 3 days prior to your event for 100% reimbursement.
In case of inclement weather, 50% of rental fees will be reimbursed.
Parks Staff will call to cancel reservations the day of if inclement weather is immanent.
